Very Good

Really great location and roof top pool. The staff were so lovely and helpful, always ready to help. Its good for a budget room.

The rooms were outdated and the shower drain was overflowing from previous customers hair.

Weirdest Bathroom ever... Otherwise it's ok.

Good Location(close to Bangla). Good WiFi. Friendly Staff.

The weirdest Bathroom Set up I have ever seen.... My Room category had a Bathtub which takes so much Space from the small Room. They put the Sink behind the Door and so just under the Window. Have Fun Shaving or whatever U need a Mirror in the Bathroom for... So I shaved at the small Mirror in the Bed Room.... So as there was no shower U could only sit in the Bath Tub to shower yourself... No shower curtain or whatsoever... Elevator was right outside my Door which makes a lot of Noise....

Good location and value for money.

Location just a few steps from Bangla road was great. Also right next to a great local street food market, we ate there every night. plenty of transport options on the road outside, an ATM, laundry service and tour desk in the same little side road. there was a restaurant/bar on site, though it was hit and miss with the availability of menu items and was a little pricey for what it was. the a/c in the rooms was VERY efficient, and most nights I slept without as the building itself maintained it’s cool temperature quite well. The roof top pool was nice.

The bed was quite hard, but not unbearable. Not too bad for me, but others might find the street noise from the location on the main road to be too much to allow sleep. The noise from the a/c muffled this though. The pictures on the booking site were deceptive in that the ocean was not near the pools.

Staff very helpful and friendly all the time.

Staff very helpful and friendly all the time. Restaurant downstairs beside reception serve nice English style breakfast, sandwiches and burgers which is good for people that don’t like the Thai food. Nice pool on rooftop available also.

Room a bit to close to main road for noise but still not too load at night time for sleeping

The location is great, close to everything!

The location is great, close to everything! The staff is always at the service, ready to help, always smiling!

The rooms are cleaned every morning, but not properly. Sometimes is noise because of bangla boxing stadium, but not that much u can't sleep!

On the whole this hotel was a good choice. It had everything you needed for a good holiday.

This hotel is ideally placed for the night life in Phuket. The Bangla road is only a 5 min walk. The room although on the small size serves its purpose and is fitted out well and an en suite bathroom with toiletries. Maid service is every day unlike some hotels I have stayed at. The staff are all very polite and friendly with a smile for everyone. The roof top pool and sun area is good and did not get too busy during my stay.

The bed was a bit on the hard side and gave me backache .

Bad experience

Actually nothing it was bad choice and had bad experience

I booked for 4 nights, but couldn’t complete 2 nights there and made check out i didn’t even care about any refund. A/c facility was not working properly actually it wasn’t working at all,out side weather was cooler than my room. Tv channels few options. Even for extra card key they ask for deposit. Everything was different from the pictures Will never think about staying there again

The staff were really helpful and friendly, went out of their way to help us and always asked how our day was when coming back to the hotel. A market right opposite with plenty of choice for street food in the evenings.

It’s not so much of a dislike but if you’re looking for somewhere a bit more quiet there’s a Thai boxing stadium next to the hotel, but we weren’t bothered by that.

Room size wasn't that great, Can get fairly noisey as hotel is located right next to Bansan Market and Boxing Stadium.

500 baht joiner fee so add that into your room price before booking

The staff were excellent, the location was perfect and the pool was very clean. Lucky 13 adjoining the hotel is open 24 hours and has a great menu. Huge showers in the rooms and comfortable beds made it a great stay.

One negative point about this hotel is the charging of 500 baht if you want to bring a "friend" back to your room. This seems like a strange policy considering the hotel is located in the centre of the nightlife and thousands of beautiful girls in the clubs. If you are paying for a double room for 2 occupants with 2 towels i don't see they justification in this. In England, USA, China ...... nobody has this policy, only Thailand
